    How much testing do we need before we can deploy confidently?
    Enough to catch the problems that matter to your business. Full coverage isn’t practical. Start with tests for critical paths — what breaks your business if it fails. Then add tests as you discover edge cases. We help you figure out what’s necessary vs. what’s nice-to-have.
    It’s the opposite. Small, frequent deployments mean small, easy-to-find bugs. Big, infrequent deployments mean complex interactions and hard-to-debug issues. With good testing and monitoring, frequent deployment is safer than infrequent deployment.
    Separate the deployment of the application from the migration. Deploy infrastructure changes first, then application changes. Use feature flags to hide incomplete features. We have patterns for this that work safely.
    You roll back in seconds and the monitoring tells you about it immediately. Then you debug the root cause, fix it, add a test so it doesn’t happen again, and deploy the fix. With good CI/CD, production issues are learning opportunities, not emergencies.
