Your code standards, your Git conventions, your PR review process. Discovery week is partly spent documenting your standards and matching them in the first sprint. If your team can’t read, review, and extend our code, we haven’t done the job.

Can we scale the team up and down by the week?

Two-week increments — scale up between sprints, scale down at the end of a sprint. We don’t lock you into annual commitments. The engagement size matches your actual work, which changes over the quarter.

Do you work on our repository, or in a separate environment?

Your repository, your cloud subscription, your staging and production environments. We don’t ship work in a sandbox and hand it over later. Everything lands through your PR process with your security controls from day one.
